You've got to be kidding! I ordered a Fitbitz band more than a month ago and still haven't received it! When I checked tracking it indicated the item was still in transit and UPS was still waiting to get it at their delivery center less than 30 minutes from my house. This is the WORST service I've ever received from any company! You took my money but haven't delivered my product. What a mess! My order # is 13747.

I'm sorry your band was lost in shipping. I sent an email to you letting you know I'm sending another band out and plan to send a free band as well for what has happened. I sincerely apologize.
