Difficult to say...
I did not receive this order 10610 nor did I receive a second order 10633.
I would very much like to receive these orders and provide feedback.

I have not received the items I ordered. Nor have I gotten a reply to the two emails I sent about it. Had this same problem with another order.

Especially love the rose gold & cream. Very elegant looking. Decided to get the white gold and the black bands. They are hard to tell apart unless they are right next to each other. Definitely recommend these Apple watch bands.

I bought a watch band which isn't what I wanted so I emailed about a return. I think twice emailed. I have not hard from anyone about return process. So since there is no phone number. I am stuck. please help.

The narrower bands are my favorite. This one prevents sweat and moisture from getting trapped under the band and watch.

She is 92 years young and loves the simple magnetic fit. Band length is way TOO LONG for her delicately small wrist. Cutting the band made the leather peel. Used glue to hold leather down again. Let's see if it lasts. (It has been Oct - Feb)
Love the band, just not the size.

I ordered 4 bands for our Versa Fitbits and received 2 Versa and 2 Charge Fitbit bands. I send an email to the info email listed on the website as soon as I received them, but never received a response. I ending up sending 4 emails and never got a reply. I do not recommend buying anything from Axios.

I have contacted support for a refund and have not heard anything back.

I’ve never received my order. And no one responded to any of my emails I have sent.

I hated my vinyl watch band because it made my wrist sweat. I ordered three Axios bands and love them all. They fit well, are comfortable and breathable. And they look great, too. Different colors for casual, dress, funky, etc.

I have a large wrist and no other company has watch bands that fit me. These are actually loose!
An added bonus… They are beautiful

I like then a lot. Would buy again..

Crappy company, don’t waste your money.

The bands look great! They’re just too long for my mother’s small wrists and although I’ve messaged support twice, I’ve not heard back about guidance about how to alter them. Only writing this review because their automated email asked me to write a review

I never received the order. Multiple emails sent and now you’re telling me it was filled??? I’m going to assume this request for review was an automated send and you really are working your hardest to actually ship me my order from 30+ days ago.

The band is just fine, but had problem sizing it due to no written instructions and poor quality of the sizing tool. It came apart. A pin got jammed and partially sticks out. I had to give up. Could not undo it.
Bottom line: better instructions would have helped.

I’v been emailing you since I got the band. It’s unopened and I should have gotten the smaller version. I have been asking for a replacement, but now I want to return for a refund.

Can not figure iut how to attach it to the watch

Only giving 4 stars because it is slightly different from on the website. The one I received have a sliding clip on the band to adjust the size, so the band doubles on one side. On website there is no clip, and I have one I ordered 2 years ago when I got my apple watch and it is just a stretchy band with no clip and that is what I wanted and is how it looks online. I would be interested to know if that one is still available. However I'm sure there are many who like the adjustable feature; maybe give 2 options.

I emailed the customer service email address to let them know that they sent my package to someone else in an entirely different state. I emailed them twice. They never replied. And then they send me this link to file a review. Don't buy from Axios.
